POLICY FOR SALE OF KITS AND SINGLE PARTS

Does not apply to systems

Kits come with extra parts that we do not charge for singularly and are sold on an exchange
basis. No credit will be given when excess parts are returned,

however, you will be billed for those exchange parts when they are not returned.

Single parts may be returned, as long as they are well packaged and are not damaged.

A 25% Restocking Fee will apply. Damaged single parts may not be returned under any circumstances.

POLICY ON LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION

Effective March 1, 2001, TXR literature will be issued subject to the following requirements:
Distributors and OEM

We will furnish Distributors and OEM's literature based on the amount of sales they have had with us during past years. OEM and Distributor high volume pricing is confidential. For salespersons employed by those organizations

to receive dealer pricing catalogs or literature follow the requirements listed under
"TXR System Dealers."

TXR System Dealers

Dealers will be issued a current Dealer Pricing Catalog for each sales person.
When ordering ask for Catalog M-2001-2002 and list the salesperson's name and telephone number.
(Type or print information clearly).

For each System sold, 6 pieces of individual product literature may be issued to the sales person.

TXR Service Dealers

Service dealers need to follow the same guidelines when requesting the Dealer Pricing Catalog or literature.

For each single device sold, 6 pieces of product literature may be reissued to the requesting sales person.

Physicians and Institutions

A device brochure for each TXR product may be obtained by calling our customer service department.
Should certain hard copy literature, drawings or layouts be unavailable, you may secure those from our web site www.txr.com. Dealer Net or OEM Pricing booklets are only provided to authorized distributors.
