TXR Device Substitution Policy
After receiving an order for device(s) or x-ray systems, TXR reserves the right to substitute equal to or greater value devices. Before device substitution, either of the two following conditions must exist; (1) factory sales or engineers must determine that under the operating conditions of the particular user a substitute device will be more effective (2) or when, the device ordered is not available. Under these conditions, the customer will only be billed for the lower cost device(s).
