WARRANTIES

All of our standard frequency systems, except The ACCURAY CHIROPRACTIC SYSTEM, carry a five-year warranty on parts, including the X-ray tube. Individual devices and components not made by TXR carry the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty. The ACCURAY CHIROPRACTIC SYSTEM has a one year warranty on parts, including the x-ray tube. The warranty on the X-ray tube is as follows: 12 months after the sale or installation, 100% of the X-ray tube cost is covered. Warranties do not cover labor or shipping expenses and any pro-rata costs are collected on the list price at the time of replacement.

COLLECTION PROCEDURE

Replace the X-ray tube and collect labor and shipping costs from the owner. Collect a pro-rata amount based on the current list price divided by time in months used. The owner pays the dealer for each month the tube was in use from the installation date. The dealer pays TXR the total pro-rata amount. All warranties are in effect when the system installation card is completed and returned to the factory. Warranties are null and void if the cards are not returned within 30 days following installation. Warranty is only effective for physicians or institutions. Dealers who fill in their company names on the cards will in effect void all warranties. Warranties may vary from type of dealerships or distributors. Warranties may also change without notice.
